After starring in a major supporting role in 2018’s Marvel’s Spider-Man, Miles morales cosplay now has his own game. In Spider-Man: Miles Morales, the young hero wears a number of costumes that call back to Peter Parker’s comic book history.
He also wears a few that are wholly original to the game. And even though Miles doesn’t have as big of a closet as the older hero, he has some great costumes to choose from when swinging around Harlem.
The first suit you can unlock is the Beginner Suit, which Miles receives for completing various side missions in his home borough of Harlem. The costume is a simple black bodysuit with red highlights and a red spider design on the chest. It looks very similar to the Default Suit in Into the Spider-Verse, but with a different color scheme. It also comes with the Bam! Pow! Wham! Visor Mod, which replaces most realistic hit effects with comic-based combat hit effects.
Another of the suits that Miles earns for his heroic deeds is the Uptown Pride Suit, which he receives for helping out his friend and neighbor Aunt May. This suit is a gold version of his default costume, and it also includes the Bam! Pow! Wham! visor mod and the Vibe the Verse suit mod, which alters the frame rate of the camera to match that of the film’s.
The Purple Reign suit is an outfit that’s unique to Miles Morales, the star of the Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse films. This outfit is a black bodysuit with raised lines of webbing across the chest and arms. It also has a black mask and gloves, and it’s adorned with a stylized spider emblem on the chest.
